 Position:  Certified Product Manager with SAFe and Data Analytics

 

Location:  Parsippany, NJ 07054

 

Duration: 6+ Months

Lead Product Manager – Analytics

The Lead Product Manager will be part of a team that is responsible for leading product initiatives in UPS NextGen Architecture of Tomorrow that spans across UPS Quoting-Billing workspace in modernizing new Rate Structures and Modifiers that would help customer and UPS balance load across the network and be cost-effective for both parties as well.

Analytics group will be helping aid the Business Owners/Marketing-Sales in identifying Customers to onboard to New Rate Structures and also to entice Customers to ship more leveraging Modifiers (Discounts) on our off-days. Lead Product Manager will work with Business and Analytics Team to establish the ask out of the Analytics team.

Lead Product Manager is one who has good Data Analytics background to be able to understand the Data Observations from Scrum Team to Business Owners to translate those into requirements for successful

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain the strategic vision for the product including working with stakeholders on their vision and priorities. Synthesizes customer needs into strategies, requirements, roadmaps and OKRs.
  • Excellent Understanding of Data Analytics approaches.
  • Ability to rationalize Data gaps and build capabilities to fill those gaps.
  • Ability to provide Data backed recommendations to Businesses to increase revenue opportunities.
  • Ability to work with Data Tools to propose recommendations to Business.
  • Maintain & prioritize TFS/ADO Epics-Features and ensure any new feature is prioritized against the existing backlog. 

Required Skills: Experience as a SAFe Product Manager is a must

  • 6-8 years as a Product Manager
  • 4-5 years' experience with Data Analytics, Visualization platform tools
  • 8+ experience in building product strategies/roadmaps
  • Knowledge of Google Cloud Platform(nice to have).
  • Outstanding organizational, communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills conducive to collaboration at all levels
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or IT-related field
  • Mandatory Certifications: SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager (POPM)
