· At least 6 years of experience as DB2 DBA ON MAINFRAMES
· Must have strong hands on experience on all Database administration including Patching, installation, upgrades
· Must be very strong on Patching mechanisms, working with all the required stakeholders
· Good on performance tuning, health monitoring and take the business decisions to favor the health of the environment
· Analytical and Communication skills
· Planning and Co-ordination skills
· Experience with project management
· Experience and desire to work in a management consulting environment that requires regular travel
