NEED - MYSQL DATABASE ADMIN L3 SUPPORT (MYSQL DB ADMIN)
Responsibilities
• New Application Database Support
• Application Database services
• Database Engineering
• Performance Fine tuning
• DR failover testing
• Enhancement and Deployment
• Follow ITIL processes like Incident Management, Service Request Management, Change Management, Support in troubleshooting issues and providing the required support to application teams
• Root cause analysis for problem, identify the fix and implement workarounds
• Coordination with project stakeholders and offshore teams
