MySQL DBA able to provide Engineering and Ops support across Dev, Test, QA and production environment.
Detailed Job Description:
· New Application Database Support
· Application Database services
· Database Engineering
· Performance Fine tuning
· DR failover testing
· Enhancement and Deployment
· Follow ITIL processes like Incident Management, Service Request Management, Change Management, Support in troubleshooting issues and providing the required support to application teams
· Root cause analysis for problem, identify the fix and implement workarounds
· Coordination with project stakeholders and offshore teams
