· At least 7 years of technical hands-on experience on .Net
· At least 7 years of technical hands-on experience on MS SQL, batch process
· Knowledge of architectural frameworks and design principles
· Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment
· Planning and Co-ordination skills
· Ability to work in team in diverse/ multiple stakeholder environment
