1. Strong development experience in PLSQL or MySQL required Proficiency with data manipulation languages, including but not limited to SQL Familiarity of industry best practices in development, especially for SQL
2. Solid understanding of objectoriented programming Understanding of data modeling principles Ability to work with complex data models
3. Knowledge of Agile software development methodologies Knowledge of testdriven development Ability to complete moderately complex ehancements Good oral and written.
