1. Hands on experience in Success Factors Compensation and Variable Pay solution for Annual Merit Increase Pay Review, Bonus Payout Short Term Incentive and Stock Programs Long Term Incentive.
2. Very good communication skills written and oral.
3. Functional Support during the Compensation Cycle launch.
Nice to have skills (Top 2 only)
1. SuccessFactors Certified Consultants in above modules with relevant experience will be given priority
