Requirement for: Change Control Services-Endevor Administrator, Tallahassee, FL Client: Department of Children and Families, Tallahassee, Florida 32399 Due Date: ASAP Duration: Through June 30th, 2020 with extensions each FY Purpose The Florida Department of Children and Families (the “Department”) is seeking a qualified vendor to assist the Office of Information Technology (OITS) to provide change control support services. To this end, it is expected that the successful vendor will demonstrate effectively its ability to meet all items listed under Task Order One. Candidates must demonstrate verifiable experience in the successful completion of change control support activities of similar scale and successful delivery to applications matching the size and complexity of FSFN and ACCESS. Scope of Work This requirement will prequalify existing vendors to provide change control support services to the Department. The process this RFQ will follow is first, the Department will prequalify one or more vendors based on the Selection Criteria defined in below; second, Department will (a) select a consultant to complete Task Order 1 or (b) meet with one or more of the prequalified vendors for Task Order 1 to determine which of the prequalified vendors best meets the needs of the task order. For Task Order 1, the Department is seeking services to include, but not be limited to, the following tasks that are to be performed for a minimum eight (8) hours per day on site at DCF’s facilities with the two resources also available for change control support on a 24 X 7 basis for key application releases, - Provide scheduled code migrations, release deployments, training, mentoring, documentation and technical assistance;
- Provide software support life cycle activities and change control support for multiple complex software applications using client server, web based and mainframe technologies.
- Perform and supporting functions including software version control, building, packaging, distribution, installation, configuration, auditing, administration and status reporting.
- Provide development and maintenance support for all plans, procedures or other process documentation, training materials or usage guides, and tools related to the above SCM functions.
- Provide administrative and technical support for the software configuration management tools and infrastructure.
- Support software configuration audit and review activities, as requested.
- Support software engineering process review and improvement activities, as requested.
- Provide 24/7 support.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs) Must complete!
