This position is FULLY REMOTE, with ten percent travel. Responsibilities: Implement and maintain Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM for their clients Accomplish a full range of implementation duties from business requirements gathering, and configuration to testing, training, and client support independently and with a team. The Functional Consultant must be well-versed in client facing and working with users, so Field Service experience is a must. Daily responsibilities: Lead client meetings to gather business requirements and assist with design solution that meets the requirements in Dynamics 365 CRM* Microsoft Dynamics CRM/D365 experience* Work closely with team members and independently to document and configure Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM* Complete project documentation such as: Functional Requirements Document, Functional Customization Specifications for Dynamics 365 CRM* Utilize Microsoft Visual Studio to develop and maintain source code and track outstanding items in Dynamics 365 CRM * Lead in all tasks relating to feature testing, solution testing, and go-live for Dynamics 365 CRM* Experience utilizing Dynamics 365 CRM testing environments.
