Job Title: Java Technical Lead

Job Location: Somerset, NJ

Job Duration: 12+ months

Job Type: Contract to Hire (C2H)

Interview Mode: Skype or Zoom interview with hiring team (Technical in nature)

Job Responsibilities:

 

Ø  Lead full lifecycle application development efforts

Ø  Design, code and debug software

Ø  Perform software analysis, risk analysis, reliability analysis

Ø  Participate in software modeling and simulation

Ø  Integrate new software solutions with existing systems

Ø  Extract and reverse engineer existing code

Ø  Have passion for innovation, new ideas, quick prototyping, hackathons etc.

Ø  Explore and innovate new technologies, features, and tools

Ø  Have an open-minded approach to development strategy and approaches

Ø  Actively look for ways to make everything better

Ø  Lead offshore development team

 

Skills and Experience Required:

 

Ø  10+ years of experience in IT in core Java, SOA, APIs

Ø  Development/team lead background

Ø  Extensive hands-on, full-stack development experience

Ø  Experience with ReactJS and SQL (React is a critical skill)

Ø  Extensive database experience (SQL Server preferred, Oracle also acceptable)

Ø  Health care experience strongly desired
