Job Title: Informatica Developer /w Terra Data and Health care domain

Job Location: Chicago, IL

Job Duration: Long Term

Job Type: C2C

Interview Mode: Skype or Zoom interview with hiring team (Technical in nature)

 

Duties and responsibilities:

 

Ø  Ensure quality code and development; validate other team members code following defined patterns and standards

Ø  Develop routines leveraging Teradata utilities and custom SQL

Ø  Develop Informatica workflows to collect data from multiple data sources based on mapping specifications provided to the developer.

Ø  Anticipate customers analytic needs and proactively conceptualize and champion high-value Business Intelligence solutions.

Ø  Actively support products by providing prompt responses to customer problems and inquiries. Make the customer s experience first priority in all.

Ø  Keep the Production Support team management informed of any issues or concerns.

Ø  Participate/Assist with deployments to all environments including Production (which could occur after hours).

Ø  New development and support task responsibilities as assigned.

 

Required qualifications:

 

Ø  Strong design skills within the Health Care domain

Ø  Must have: 3+ years of current experience of development using Informatica, PowerCenter,

Ø  Strong Teradata coding and utilities experience

Ø  3+ years of ETL development using Informatica in an Teradata or Oracle Unix environment

Ø  Proficient in writing SQL Simple/Medium/Complex SQL s

Ø  Solid experience in ETL ,Data analysis, and Performance tuning - 3-5 years

Ø  Strong Analytical and Problem solving skills

Ø  Experience working in fast paced environment is preferred

Ø  Must be technical and hands on capable
