Oracle SCM Functional Consultant
Location: Skokie, IL
Length: 6-12 Months

· A bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Computer Science, Engineering, or the equivalent combination of education, training, and experience. MBA a plus.
· 5-7 years of functional experience implementing Oracle EBS Supply Chain Logistics and Trade Compliance solutions in a whole sale environment with a high growth wholesaler. Experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud a plus.
· Extensive knowledge of processes and related Oracle EBS or Cloud functionality in Oracle Global Trade Management (GTM) and Oracle Transportation Management (OTM) domains for these areas:
· Multi-stop local/regional Logistics planning
· User defined pattern based load configurations
· Multi-leg international or domestic network routing
· Booking/tendering using different communication formats
· Freight payment and settlement
· Rate maintenance
· Fleet management
· Workflow configurations using Business Process Automation
· Regulatory compliance associated with cross-border trade
· Configuration of restricted party lists and automated maintenance
· Reporting to support audits and commercial requirements
· Experience with SQL, data mapping, migration. Development experience a plus.
· Demonstrated ability to document clear business requirements and solutions needed to meet business needs and to translate them into functional designs for Oracle, 3rd party add-ons, extensions and interfaces
· Experience working with Cloud PaaS ecosystems a plus
· 5+ years of experience delivering solutions in large-scale, Oracle EBS or Cloud environments
· 5+ years of IT-related experience supporting the Logistics domain
· 5+ years of demonstrated Logistics business design experience
· Successful design and delivery of the Logistics components for at least one “end to end” enterprise-wide Business Process Transformation project
