Job Title: Big Data Engineer/Architect

Job Location: Milpitas, CA

Job Type: Long-term Contract

Interview Mode: Video interview (Technical in nature)             

 

Job description:

 

v  BS or MS in Computer Science or related field and 8+ years of industry experience

v  At least 2+Years with production Support in resolving L2 / L3 level tickets

v  A track record showing that you are a highly motivated individual, capable of coming up with creative, innovative and working solutions in a collaborative environment, A Good team player

v  Experience in supporting data processing or other types of data platforms.

v  Proficient in one or more programming language such as Python, Scala.

v  Proficient in Hadoop ecosystem+ Spark, SQL and NoSQL

v  Basic understanding of Unix commands

v  Experience with Google cloud platform or similar cloud providers

v  Experience with setting up monitoring and metrics on live production systems
