Position:           IBM Tivoli Developer

Location:           Whippany, NJ

Duration:           6 Months

 

Application Developer Role Description : Design, build and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements.

Must have Skills : IBM Tivoli Monitoring

Good to Have Skills : No Technology Specialty

 

1: Responsibility :

·       Good to Have Experience in creating and maintaining operational run books for distributed batch operations

·       Good to have Identify technical, infrastructure, procedural issues and coordinate batch scheduling needs

·       High-level technician supporting systems operations functions and managing the environment which also includes supporting batch job scheduling and monitoring

·       Experience with automated enterprise batch scheduling software, preferably IBM Workload Scheduler IWS 9X or similar product

·       Perform backup/restore functions, monitor infrastructure usage and other system health indicators

·       Performs troubleshooting of system stalls, failed batch jobs, system errors, as needed to resume normal operations in accordance with specific guidelines and procedures

·       Maintains direct knowledge of all system operations processes, procedures, and quality standard

 

2: Professional Experience:

·       7-10 years of experience in IBM TIVOLI Job Scheduler

·       Experience with enterpri
