This position requires participation in most aspects of programming and application development, including component design, connecting to other systems, and connecting to and updating data in back-end database systems. Job Responsibilities: • Develop Native Android mobile applications in a dynamic and growing environment. • Analyze of requirements, support of the design, development of the code, testing, debugging, deployment, and maintenance of those programs and interfaces. • Documentation of the work is essential. • Ability to maintain the developed solution on an on-going basis is essential • Formulate concepts, define system scope and technical objectives based on user needs (requires very good written and verbal communication skills, and ability to easily grasp business concepts) • Follow the existing development methodology and coding standards, and ensure compliance with the internal and external regulatory requirements. • Work under general directions; typically reports to a team lead or supervisor/manager. Minimum of 8 years of experience. • BA/BS in Computer Science or related field is preferable. Equivalent combination of experience, education and training will be considered. • Must have professional Android programming experience. • Strong understanding of how to structure code, patterns, development design, data structures, and development. • Exceptional analytical aptitude and attention to detail as well as good organization and problem solving skills. • Self-Motivated and have a strong desire to create a great product. • Must be a team player with strong oral and written communication skills. • Must be passionate about technology, a quick learner, and excited about learning and embracing new technologies as needed.
