* Good understanding of Cable domain and in-depth knowledge of Broadband and voice modules
* Good knowledge on provisioning Modems, configuration of Routers, Fiber capable Gateway devices
* Provisioning Data and voice services on modems and configuring / managing Wi-Fi from Self-care portals
* Troubleshoot issues related to Wi-Fi connectivity and impact analysis
* Test scenario preparation based on user stories, participate in user story grooming sessions and test case reviews
