* Proficient with ITSM process
* Excellent communication and articulation skills
* Ability to lead and guide teams remotely for delivery
* Aware of Cross functional integration with MM & FI Modules.
* Proficient with Incident Management & Change Management Process.
* Knowledge of agile methodology and devops model
Mandatory skills*
