POSITION DETAILS:
Title: SAP Solution Manager
Location: Plano, TX
Duration : 6+ Months
JD:
Roles and responsibilities:
· Experience on SAP Solution manager with 3- 4 years of hands on with configurations.
· Solution Manager 7.2 Initial setup and configuration.
· Expertise in configuration of SysMon, TechMon, Interface Mon & Job Monitoring.
· Experience in connecting SAP Solution Manager to other SAP systems includes ECC, CRM, BI/ BW and JAVA etc.
· Experienced in configuration and operations of TechMon and BPMon Tools.
· Good understanding of Basis Administration skills in SAP NetWeaver ABAP/JAVA, Solution Manager systems.
· Understanding of ITSM and ChaRM operations in SAP Landscape.
· Ability to configure and support complex landscape for Release cycles
· Knowledge on Focus Insight dashboards
· Must have excellent communication skills.
· Participates in activities such as problem solving, configuration resolutions and maintaining user documentation
