Performing root cause analysis and reprocessing Idocs for shipments Nice to have skills: 1. SAP Inbound and outbound delivery processes 2. Understanding of inter/intracompany stock transport order processing Job Description: - SAP IM/WM modules - SAP Transportation module - Performing root cause analysis and reprocessing Idocs for shipments - SAP Inbound and outbound delivery processes - Understanding of inter/intracompany stock transport order processing - Adept with Excel for performing analysis - Knowledge of SAP sales orders and purchase orders. Process Workflow Steps: a. Request distributed for sourcing b. Supplier submits candidate profile(s) c. MSP reviews and dispositions (MSP Qualify) candidate profiles for manager review d. Candidate is evaluated and selected by manager (PM Qualified) e. MSP Team releases offer for supplier Offer Acceptance/Approval; Supplier initiates BGC f. Once accepted & approved by the supplier the workflow goes to Worker Download then PO ID Upload g. Once the PO is uploaded, the workflow circles back to the MSP Team for Onboarding h. When the supplier has confirmed that the BGC is complete and ajudicated green, the MSP Team will onboard the candidate to complete the workflow in Beeline i.
