Must Have Skills
• Must have at least 5 years of experience as a business analyst
• Must have significant experience gathering, analyzing, and documenting business and functional requirements for business intelligence/analytics applications.
• Must have experience with ETL concepts, SQL, and data mapping.
• Must have understanding of data warehousing, corporate performance management, including capacity development, financial and HR analytics.
• Must haveFamiliarity with PowerBI, and/or related BI Tools, Collibra (preferred) and/or related Meta Management Tools.

Detailed Job Description
• Review end‐to‐end business processes, identify, and document operational technological risks.
• Facilitate the Data warehouse data onboarding, which may include business capabilities, functions and processes and design by working collaboratively with process owners and subject matter experts.
• Collaborate with Data Warehouse implementation partners to elicit, analyze, translate technical requirements (including non-functional requirements such as scalability and performance), pain points or opportunities into actionable tasks to meet agreed upon deliverables.
• Support coordinating and prioritizing user stories/requirements for the iterations
• Analyze and test reports developed related to data integration logic, process flows and specifications, provide timely feedback and communicate both in written and verbal.
• Review and validate QRCs, UAT training materials developed and collaborate with project team to provide comments and feedback.
• Review test plans and test cases and validate against documented business requirements.
• Facilitate end to end SIT, validate test results and report on issues and operational risks related to ongoing support and maintenance.
• Engage business stakeholders, collaborate for UAT data validation with source system owners and implementation partners.
