1. Interact with multiple key stakeholders to understand requirements, provide reports and solutions
2. Perform Analysis using Newrelic, Splunk and Oracle/SQL databases in production environment
3. Generate, Monitor and enhance dashboards and reports in splunk, Newrelic and Oracle/SQL Databases
4. Have strong lead experience in agile model
5. Basic understanding of SOAP and Rest Webservices and usage of SOAP UI/Postman
6. Ability to work in team in diverse/ multiple stakeholder environment
7. Experience to Telecom/Cable domain
8. Good Analytical skills
9. Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment
10. Experience and understanding of in Production support (using splunk, Newrelic or equivalent) and performance engineering.
11. Adherence to the organizational guidelines and processes.
