Must have Skills:-
• Deep experience IVR Testing
• Good knowledge on Genesys
• Good hands on experience in using IVR Testing Tools

• Deep experience in IVR Testing
• IVR surveys are time based, so less automation and scenarios have to be manually tested at this point, have to test edge cases,
• Co-ordinate with Scrum team for Sprint Execution and E2E Team for regression testing
Minimum years of experience: 5+
Certifications Needed: No
