• Plan the release windows and cycles
• Conduct release meetings
• Prepare hour by hour plan
• Coordinate with all application areas
• Conduct Go No go meetings, Conduct reviews
• prepare schedules
• Assist in change management processes
• Support post release issues
• Help to communicate release status, activity progress and issues encountered throughout the duration of release activities
• Serve as back up for other release team members and change management function
