Consulting/Operation experience in CPQ
Prior experience in various areas of CPQ value chain –catalogue/product management – configurator –
Pricing Engine – quote to order – dashboard
Understanding of pricing/configuration of subscription-based product and services
Tools expertise – MS Office, Visio
Familiarity with one or more digital themes such as AI/ML, IoT/IIoT, Customer experience management etc.
Nice to have
CPQ Tool experience – Apttus/ PROS/ Salesforce/CallidusCloud etc.
Detailed Job Description:
Conceptualizing and defining CPQ Business Scenarios
CPQ roadmap building – product assessment, CPQ maturity assessment, application roadmap, key assumptions and next steps
Consult clients on pricing, product configuration, quotation system, subscription pricing and management
Business case articulation as per the client requirement
Engage with client business and IT as well as with internal Infosys stakeholders throughout the phases of an IT
program from planning through proposing a solution and implementation
Drive meetings/workshops with senior client executives, business leads & cross functional stakeholders and articulate project documents lucidly
Drive thought leadership initiatives including publishing knowledge assets, PoV’s and thought papers.
Contribute to account management strategy and unit strategy as required
Minimum years of experience*:>10 years
