Mandatory Qualifications Ability to communicate effectively (verbally and in writing) with technical and Department staff.

• MINIMUM 4 YEARS Experience documenting enhancements as identified by a contract or technical manager.
• MINIMUM 4 YEARS Experience using Microsoft Project, Visio, Excel and Word.
• MINIMUM 4 YEARS Experience with implementation and support of mission critical business intelligence applications.
• MINIMUM 4 YEARS Experience providing effective written and oral communication to technical and non-technical team members and customers.
• MINIMUM 4 YEARS Experience facilitating Joint Application Development (JAD) sessions, technical meetings, brainstorming / consensus building sessions, and interact with executive level project sponsors.
• MINIMUM 4 YEARS Experience performing business user requirements collection and analysis.
• MINIMUM 4 YEARS Experience providing user support and problem solving activities.
• MINIMUM 4 YEARS Experience creating and maintaining documentation (e.g. system, program, user, technical).
• MINIMUM 4 YEARS Experience with Business Intelligence analysis.
• MINIMUM 4 YEARS Experience analyzing Data Flows and Model data.
• MINIMUM 4 YEARS A bachelor's degree in one of the computer science fields or in management information systems, or four (4) years of work experience in IT, systems analysis, management analysis, program planning, program research, or program evaluation. Yes or No
