Job Title: SAP Success Factor Onboarding Lead

Work Location: Rosemead, CA (Onsite)

Contract duration: 06 Months + Extendable Possible

Must Have Skills:

BURP validation

Detailed Job Description:

·        At least 12 years of experience in Learning programs with at least 5 years’ experience working in SAP Success Factors On boarding 2.0.

·        Able to provide solutions in the Onboarding domain based on customer requirements

·        Good Consulting and implementation experience in ONB 2.0 Module for USA Clients

·        An analytical mindset with great problem-solving abilities

·        Able to conduct workshops and engage customers in focused discussion to define their problem statement and provide efficient solutions


Technical Skills

·        At least 10 years of experience working in SAP Success Factors modules and working experience in solution extensions.

·        Good Understanding of SF integration with Solution extensions using BTP the platform

·        Hands on experience in creating MDF objects to support the solution extensions
