Role: CPQ Program Manager
-- Location: Remote with travel up to 25%
Required Skill Sets
- Minimum of 8 years of experience leading large programs ($10MM+) with at least 3 years leading these programs in the telecom space preferable with an MSO in the commercial realm (telecom experience must be within the last 5 years)
- Minimum of 5 years of experience leading implementations of CPQ/EPC products in the telecom space.
- Minimum of 3 years in a leadership role with responsibilities of growing and managing high performing teams
- Minimum of 3 years of experience with at least one of the following products (Vlocity, Hansen, Cloudsense or similar products)
- Minimum of 3 years of experience leading large programs in the telecom space ($10MM+)
- Excellent communication skills (written/verbal)
- Proven ability to lead order to cash and workflow automation projects
- Must be very detail oriented and ability to manage/prioritize tasks for yourself and others
- Demonstrated ability to ask probing questions to drive out issue root cause and/or requirement/solution gaps
- Demonstrated ability to influence decisions within project teams and with executive leadership
- Background with customer care, ordering and billing platforms a plus
- Background in Work Order Automation a plus
- Background in SFDC or Pega a plus.
