Time Evaluation, Time Schema, Payroll Schema, CATSDB, BADI and UI Feeder classes, Data Replication Framework, ABAP knowledge, Rules Engine knowledge, SAP UI5/FIORI 3 to 5 years of experience in SuccessFactors Experience in MDG Master Data Governance Transportation/Railroad Industry experience Knowledge of SAP Solution Manager Experience using SAP implementation methods Business process analysis and redesign experience: strong business analysis skills; process mapping; business process redesign and implementation Systems implementation skills: requirements/process analysis, conceptual and detailed design, configuration, testing, training, change management, support Effectively promote process best practices Excellent interaction skills Communication skills: strong presentation/ communication / facilitation skills (oral and written) Works well with teams or in a team environment, with the ability to work independently.
