No Job Details:- Must Have Skills:- EUC/Workplace Services engineer Able to troubleshoot hardware/software issues with laptops and tablets ((battery replacement, shell swap, software installation, OS crash repair, monthly Win 10 patching etc.) Very good knowledge of AD & Windows 10 OS Imaging knowledge Deskside and white glove support experience Excellent communication skills (both written & spoken) Inventory and Asset management ServiceNow Ticket management Experience in application packaging Knowledge of Intune would be a big plus (Autopilot, Company Portal, policy/patch scheduling) Experience in supporting Audio Video conference room support will be a plus.
Detailed Job Description:- EUC/Workplace Services engineer at the office, onsite. 5-day work week Support employees and contractors on the floor with company issues devices and peripherals Deskside support where needed and be the face of IT Break fix for laptops inclusive of shell swap, RAM upgrade, battery replacement etc. Full time office role during business hours (8 am to 5 pm) Coordinate with larger team of EUC engineers, Service Desk, Collaboration Support team and others Physical depot management of inventory like laptops, tablets, peripherals and spares Periodic (weekly/daily) survey of AV rooms and level 1 troubleshooting Excellent team player while being self-driven to take ownership of issues Ability to work on complex timeboxed assignments lke device refresh or OS upgrades
