Job Details: Must Have Skills: Detailed Job Description: • EUC/Workplace Services engineer • Able to troubleshoot hardware/software issues with laptops and tablets ((battery replacement, shell swap, software installation, OS crash repair, monthly Win 10 patching etc.) • Very good knowledge of AD & Windows 10 • OS Imaging knowledge • Deskside and white glove support experience • Excellent communication skills (both written & spoken) • Inventory and Asset management • ServiceNow Ticket management • Experience in application packaging • Knowledge of Intune would be a big plus (Autopilot, Company Portal, policy/patch scheduling) • Experience in supporting Audio Video conference room support will be a plus.
Job Description • EUC/Workplace Services engineer at the office, onsite. • 5-day work week • Support employees and contractors on the floor with company issues devices and peripherals • Deskside support where needed and be the face of IT • Break fix for laptops inclusive of shell swap, RAM upgrade, battery replacement etc. • Full time office role during business hours (8 am to 5 pm) • Coordinate with larger team of EUC engineers, Service Desk, Collaboration Support team and others • Physical depot management of inventory like laptops, tablets, peripherals and spares • Periodic (weekly/daily) survey of AV rooms and level 1 troubleshooting • Excellent team player while being self-driven to take ownership of issues • Ability to work on complex timeboxed assignments lke device refresh or OS upgrades
