- Should have good process knowledge of HR, SuccessFactors employee central, time/payroll, compensation, recruitment onboarding etc
- Should have experience in using MF ALM/Octane
- Good communication skills
- Client Stakeholder Management
- Onsite – Offshore coordination
- Monitor & track testing deliverables, Test Plan, Test scenarios, Test scripts, defect management
- Test data creation and staging
- Waterfall/Agile methodology
