Detailed Job Description: • Testing experience in SAP SuccessFactors skill set • Should have good process knowledge of HR, SuccessFactors employee central, time/payroll, compensation, recruitment onboarding etc • Should have experience in using MF ALM/Octane • Good communication skills • Client Stakeholder Management • Onsite – Offshore coordination • Monitor & track testing deliverables, Test Plan, Test scenarios, Test scripts, defect management • Test data creation and staging • Waterfall/Agile methodology
