responsibilities
- Gather requirements for the Marketing applications and document them
- Work with development partners, SIT, UAT and Deployment teams to get the requirements implemented
- Perform admin activities like User configuration, data loads, validate configurations etc
- Pardot experience mandatory
- Experience working in sales and service cloud as well. Good understanding of SF platform.
Qualifications
6- 8+ years in Salesforce BA
Possibly 3+ years exp in Pardot
Salesforce Admin certs is a must (this is minimum, more certs would be better)
Role
Sr. Salesforce Business Analyst with Pardot expertise (Pardot is primary skill set)
Experience
6-8 years of salesforce experience with Salesforce
Salesforce Active Certification is must
Has past experience working on Sales and Service cloud
Pardot experience is a must have
Role Description
Working under the direction of a senior Customer Success Console product manager to support all capabilities & features that are targeted for development .
Assist in the creation of new Salesforce.com platform capabilities that will enable internal Customer Success experts to support the Customer's through their product & solution adoption journey.
Gather requirements for the Marketing applications and document them.

Perform analyst role on our agile development team, partnering closely with other Customer Success experts and end-users to document the required system features and user stories in Aha! and Rally tools.
Documenting the business requirements & impacted / associated Customer Success processes.
Defining, managing and tracking system features & users stories in the Rally application and working with business and IT stakeholders to groom and refine.
Accountable for driving engagement with system end-users; capturing console feedback
Working under the direction of a senior Customer Success Console product manager to support all capabilities & features that are targeted for development .
Documenting the business requirements & impacted / associated Customer Success processes.
Defining, managing and tracking system features & users stories in the Rally application and working with business and IT stakeholders to groom and refine.
Accountable for driving engagement with system end-users; capturing console feedback
Work directly with IT and Data & Analytics teams deliver the technical projects and console capabilities within an agile, monthly/bi-monthly release cycle.
Support the product manager with analysis projects, creating test scripts, conduct BAT testing
