Detailed job description - Skill Set: SAP Compensation Consultant -Onsite At least 10 years’ experience in HR programs with at least 5 years’ experience working in SAP SuccessFactors. Good Consulting and implementation experience in SuccessFactors in modules Compensation and Variable Pay Integration of Compensation and Variable Pay with Other SuccessFactors modules like EC and PMGM An analytical mind-set with great problem-solving abilities Excellent communication skills
Technical Skills Liaison with Client and business users from defining requirements for SuccessFactors Compensation and Variable Pay Ability to clearly, concisely, and confidently communicate with project team members, the client, and the clients' customers, both verbally and in writing Ability to conduct Business Workshops to define the business process and configuration requirements Able to provide solutions and various design options available to meet customer requirements Defines business issues, data challenges, and solutions to fit business requirements Assist in Preparing detailed requirement specifications (functional and non-functional), wire frames, use cases, and business process recommendations. Effectively communicate risks and system issues to all the stake holders ahead in time to avoid any program risks/ escalations. Do the required configurations and customization in SF instance and update the relevant documentation as per customer’s requirement and process Able to communicate with offshore teams to ensure the project deliverables are completed as per the defined project timelines Assists the testing team to define test conditions relevant to the project requirements Contributes in development of complete accurate test plans and testing (including creation of test scenarios and test data) efforts throughout the duration of the project Assist the data migration team in finalizing the strategy, define mappings, load data and validate the data Assist the integration team to create functional specifications for the integrations
