JD:
• Minimum 8 years of experience in Oracle EBS R12
• Techno-functional consultant and hands on experience in Oracle HRMS modules (Core HR, Payroll)
• Experience in Vertex Integration
• Expert in Oracle HRMS Accrual functionality and Fast Formula
• Working with stakeholders, support, and development teams to troubleshoot/provide solution for complex issues/requirements.
• Ability to Coordinate with Business users and Support team.
• Maintain a thorough knowledge of the organization and adheres to all organizational standards and maintaining a high degree of customer satisfaction.
• Able to collaborate with clients and have a strong desire to excel.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Good interpersonal skills
