IT Business Analyst - HR Technology Systems along with HCM Cloud
Minneapolis, MN (Remote)

1. The candidate is expected to have 8 to 12 years of expert domain knowledge in HCM covering the hire to retire cycle and should have relevant experience of 4 – 6 years working on HCM Cloud implementation projects.
2. The candidate must have working experience in 2 or more of these modules along with the Core HR module – Time and Labor, Absence, Payroll, Benefits, Compensation, Talent Management, Learning, Recruiting
3. In-depth understanding of HCM business process and their data flow.
4. Understand and analyse the business requirements and interpret them to technical design & requirements.
5. The candidate should have been in client facing roles and interacted with customers in requirement gathering workshops, design, configuration, testing and go-live.
6. Should have strong written and verbal communication skills, personal drive, flexibility, problem solving, influencing, and negotiating skills, healthcare organizational awareness and sensitivity, continuous improvement, knowledge sharing and client management.
7. Experience of working in business processes for healthcare domain would be an advantage.
