ETL Developer

Iselin, NJ Hybrid (1 to 2 days a week onsite)

Duties:
Integration engineer responsible for daily support and project based development of risk management systems.
ETL developers are responsible for designing and creating the data warehouse and all related extraction, transformation and load of data functions.
This is an opportunity to gain experience in risk management processing using new technologies.

Skills:
5+ years of experience in IT with more than 2 years in financial projects (preferably in the area of Market Risk)
Strong experience in SQL and database programming (preferably MS SQL Server)
Good understanding of ETL/ELT and DWH concepts with hands on experience using ETL/ELT tools; SSIS a plus
Experience in Programming languages using C# and Python; Azure and Snowflake a plus
Strong testing and troubleshooting skills
Experience with Jira/Confluence tools and Git change management
Good communication and presentation skills

Education: Bachelors degree in Computer Science or Finance

BA/PM Consultant
Iselin, NJ – Hybrid / Onsite
Work schedule Minimum 3-4 days. Must be willing to travel to the NY office at least once a week, or as needed.

• 7+ years of experience as senior BA / PM.
• Solid experience of Swift messages, primarily Swift payments and Cash management messages. Experience in swift trade & confirmation.
• Experience of different payment systems, including Swift, Fedwire, Chips.
• Experience working on MQ, NDM, sftp.
• Knowledge of ISO 20022 changes and timelines.
• Experience/knowledge of different financial instruments traded, including derivatives.
• Must be able to work on multiple complex projects, involving multiple business and IT teams, located across the globe, to identify requirements, and perform gap analysis.
• Able to create a variety of project documents, project plans, FRD/BRD, process flows etc.
• Experience in Jira, confluence, Service Now, MS office.
• Understanding of financial Reconciliations.
