I am hiring a consultant for one of my client's requirements. I've written the Job Description for the same below. If you find yourself comfortable with the requirement please reply back with your updated resume

 

 Position: Business analyst

 

Location:  Remote

Duration: 12 Months

 

Visa: USC, GC,GCEAD

 

MUST BE ABLE TO WRITE SQL QUERIES FROM SCRATCH (THIS IS THE KEY TO THE ROLE)

• BA project- working on the same team as don, might work on trust certifications- and also dashboard work. Requirements for dashboards- tableau, microstrategy- gathering requirements for that, any data work that we do- get data from various sources within t rowe. Just a business analyst who will be on the same team as don,
• Will be a replacement for a BA on their team
• As long as they are good with data and good sql skills would be fine. Not looking for someone who has exp
• DST/SS&C- the scrummaster who runs the team added that as a desired skill, so I don't know how big that is for her, and it would be hard to find someone who has it, so if you find someone that would be an awesome

• As long as they have good sql skills and good with data- should be able to pick up

• Top 3 things- typical BA tools, heavy technically- BAs need to be pretty technical- SQL skills- write queries, look around in the database, be able to look at data themselves as opposed to needing help
• Because we are moving to building 3, space is limited- would be fine if fully remote, Outside of dmv area is fine (est)
• Interview process- hasn't been as involved in the team, has been a panel to review- might be at least a couple of people interviewing
