Urgent Need on SAP Project Manager--Sunnyvale,CA(Onsite)

Role: SAP Project Manager
Location: Sunnyvale,CA(Onsite)

• Ensure a robust and stable technical solution to allow continuous improvement solutions going forward
• Ensure use of standard functionality where possible and challenge bespoke build requirements
• Accountable for implementation of appropriate environment and client strategy, configuration and landscape controls through the overall applications and technical platform
• Monitor system performance, escalate issues to Infrastructure Project Manager for resolution
• Support the development of training and end user documentation development for the release
• Support for transition and delivery of agreed service & support management capability (to be agreed)
• Work with the HR line of business to understand their business requirements and translate these into system requirements
• Be responsible for owning the functional design and integration design between SF and other applications
• Define the programme plan, release schedule and manage delivery execution to ensure all teams (client, local consultants and offshore delivery teams deliver work products according to this schedule)
• Work with deployment teams located around the world (as part of a global rollout) to understand local requirements to be implemented in the solution

Qualifications for SAP project manager

• At least 5 years experience in building and maintaining relationships with senior stakeholders
• At least 5 years experience in providing a successful track record in delivery of projects and/or services involving multi-disciplinary teams
• At least 5 years experience in understanding and experience of commercial management
• At least 5 years experience in a well-developed approach to problem solving and decision making
• At least 5 years experience in Global Integrated Delivery, managing on and off shore teams
• At least 5 years experience in Specific accountability for budget or profitability
