Location: Remote

Must-Have Experience:

• Implementing ITOM solutions using industry best practices.
• Hands-on development, including the creation, configuration, and customization of patterns, Discovery Schedules, probes, sensors, and Event rules.
• Integrating ServiceNow ITOM modules with enterprise monitoring tools, automating alerts, and managing applications using OOB plugins and API methods.
• Experience with ServiceNow Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, and Orchestration.
• Third-party software integrations with ServiceNow.
• Designing and modifying ServiceNow forms, workflows, scripts, transform maps, service maps, web services, inbound email actions, SLAs, and more.
• MID Server management experience.
• Experience with multiple ServiceNow implementations.
