Location: Remote

Must-Have Experience:

·  Implementing ITOM solutions using industry best practices.

·  Hands-on development, including the creation, configuration, and customization of patterns, Discovery Schedules, probes, sensors, and Event rules.

·  Integrating ServiceNow ITOM modules with enterprise monitoring tools, automating alerts, and managing applications using OOB plugins and API methods.

·  Experience with ServiceNow Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, and Orchestration.

·  Third-party software integrations with ServiceNow.

·  Designing and modifying ServiceNow forms, workflows, scripts, transform maps, service maps, web services, inbound email actions, SLAs, and more.

·  MID Server management experience.

·  Experience with multiple ServiceNow implementations.
