We are looking for an experienced UI/UX Lead

UI/UX Lead

Milwaukee, Wisconsin

13 to 15 years of experience

Long term contract

In this role, you'll lead UX strategy, user research, design thinking workshops, and end-to-end experience design across enterprise technology solutions. You'll partner closely with business leaders, product owners, architects, and development teams to create intuitive, user-centered experiences that drive adoption and business value.

Key Qualifications:

7+ years of UI/UX experience, including leadership responsibilities
Expertise in user research, journey mapping, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing
Strong experience with Figma and modern design tools
Experience supporting digital transformation or enterprise-scale technology initiatives
Knowledge of accessibility standards and design systems
Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills

Preferred:

Experience with Microsoft 365, Power Platform, SharePoint, and Teams
Agile/Scrum delivery experience
UX certifications and enterprise transformation experience
