Experience: 10+ Years
Duration: Contract

Role Overview:
We are seeking a UI/UX Lead to drive UX strategy, user research, design thinking workshops, and end-to-end experience design across enterprise technology solutions. The candidate will partner with business leaders, product owners, architects, and development teams to create intuitive, user-centered experiences that drive adoption and business value.

Must-Have Skills:

• 7+ years of UI/UX experience, including leadership responsibilities
• Strong expertise in User Research, Journey Mapping, Wireframing, Prototyping, and Usability Testing
• Strong experience with Figma and modern design tools
• Experience supporting digital transformation or enterprise-scale technology initiatives
• Knowledge of accessibility standards and design systems
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Microsoft 365, Power Platform, SharePoint, and Teams
• Agile/Scrum delivery experience
• UX certifications and enterprise transformation experience
