Location: Fort Mill, SC
Duration: Contract
Must-Have Skills:
- Strong Salesforce BA experience across the SDLC
- Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Salesforce CPQ
- Business requirements gathering and solution documentation
- Workflows, reports, custom objects, validation rules, and declarative automation
- Backlog grooming, release planning, and scope management
- Agile, Scrum, SAFe, DevOps, Jira, Confluence
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder communication skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather and translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions
- Collaborate with Product Owners, design, and development teams
- Support backlog grooming, prioritization, and sprint/release planning
- Create process flows, data models, and functional/technical documentation
