Please find below the requirement for a Python API / Java Developer – Contract role.

Location: New York, NY
Duration: Contract
Local Candidates Only
F2F Interview is a Must

Must-Have Skills:

• 7+ years of experience in Python, FastAPI, Flask, and API Integration

• 7+ years of experience in Core Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices

• Database experience: PostgreSQL, DB2, MongoDB, or Snowflake

• Strong SQL, Stored Procedures, and Performance Tuning

• AI SDLC, Spec-Driven Development, and Agentic AI Orchestration

• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills

Preferred Skills:

• Fixed Income / Equity / Capital Markets domain experience

• Frontend experience with Angular or React

• Experience with GitHub Copilot, AI-assisted development, and Agentic Workflows
