Key Responsibilities
Lead the technical design development and implementation of solutions using Earnix at a Tech LeadLead developer level
Work closely with business architecture and engineering teams to deliver scalable pricing and rating solutions
Define and implement branching strategies for development teams to support efficient and scalable CICD workflows
Develop and deliver an overarching integration architecture between Earnix and Guidewire enabling seamless consumption of capabilities as a service
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams across onshore nearshore and offshore to ensure alignment and timely delivery
Provide guidance on Earnix best practices data structures and modeling approaches
Drive solution design reviews ensure code quality and enforce engineering standards
Required Skills Experience
Handson Earnix experience at a Tech Lead or Senior Developer level
Strong experience with Rating Guidewire GW and Insurance platforms
Proven expertise in designing and implementing branching strategies Gitbased workflows preferred
Strong experience developing integration solutions between Earnix and Guidewire including consumption of Earnix modelsservices in Guidewire
Solid understanding of microservices APIs and integration patterns
Strong understanding of insurance pricing strategies underwriting workflows and rating algorithms
Handson experience with Earnix Modeler Optimizer and integration connectors
Deep knowledge of Guidewire PolicyCenterBillingCenterClaimCenter integration frameworks
Experience working with commercial or personal lines insurance products
Familiarity with JSON XMLbased integration SOAPREST APIs and cloudnative integration tools
Excellent communication and collaboration skills with experience working in distributed teams

Earnix Expertise
7 to 10 years of Insurance Experience in RatingEarnix
Handson Earnix experience with a minimum of 3 years at Tech Lead or Architectlevel
Strong knowledge of Earnix modeling configuration version control and deployment lifecycle
Guidewire Integration
Demonstrated experience integrating Earnix with Guidewire PolicyCenterand other policy admin systems
Strong understanding of PC insurance rating structures rating workflows and integration points
Technical Leadership
Experience defining and managing branching strategiesmandatory
Implementation experience for API service layersenabling pricingasaservice consumption
Strong understanding of enterprise integration patterns API security data orchestration and microservices
Insurance Domain
Deep experience in PC insurancerating underwriting policy lifecycle and product configuration
Additional Desired Qualifications
Exposure to rating migrations eg Ratabase to Earnix actuarial tools or pricing analytics platforms
