• Hands-on understanding of modern engineering practices
• Executive and stakeholder communication skills

• AI / GenAI enablement and adoption
• SRE transformation and operational excellence
• Engineering productivity and SDLC modernization
• Architecture reviews and technical governance
Desired Background:
• Platform Engineering Lead

Preferred Technical Exposure:
• AI / GenAI (OpenAI, Copilot, LLM-powered solutions)

AI enablement and SRE transformation experience are highly desirable. Cloud expertise is considered a secondary requirement.
