Job Title: DevOps Software Engineer

Work Location: Charlotte, North Carolina

Client: Infosys Technologies Limited

Contract duration: 06 Months + Extendable Possible

Job Details:

Must Have Skills:

· Java

· Spring Framework

· Dev Ops

Nice to have skills:

· Python

· Gits Framework

· Looking for a highly dedicated Software Engineer / DevOps Developer with experience in building high-performing, scalable, enterprise-grade applications.

Responsibilities:

· Design and Develop applications and system solutions using Java, Springboot and Rest APIs

· Contribute in all phases of SDLC in agile environment with proficiency in Enterprise Agile JIRA

· Work / Coordinate with DevOps Team about issues in existing CI/CD Pipeline

· Support ongoing projects.

· Help Team leads in documenting process flows using PowerPoint / Visio

· Proactively communicate and alert management about upcoming roadblocks

· Open to take up challenges including learning new technologies and add value in exploring alternative solutions

Skills and Qualifications:

· Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or Relevant Field.

· Experience as DevOps Engineer or similar Software Engineering role

· Proficient with Java, Springboot and Rest APIs

· Proficient with Git and Git workflows, Jenkins, UCD

· Experience with building CI/CD pipelines

· Experience creating jobs and building applications in Jenkins

· Proficient with Java and JEE, Spring Framework

· Excellent communication skills

Work Location* Plano, TX – 75024 (Onsite Position)

Job Details:

Required Qualifications:

• 8+ years of experience in Auto Finance domain

• Experience in Loan Originations (RouteOne, LOS, etc.) and Servicing (ALFA, etc.) systems

• Strong understanding of Collections, Payments, Insurance and Taxing, Remitting Funds, Payoffs, Reversals, customer change requests and other Servicing processes

• 5 years of experience in testing.

• Experience with Lean/Agile development methodologies

Preferred Qualifications:

• Develop high-level product specifications with attention to system integration and feasibility

• Conduct backlog grooming/sprint planning/scrum events/other agile sessions as needed

• Good understanding of agile and traditional methodologies

• Willingness to take ownership for own work to continuously improve performance

• Understand (intra/inter) dependencies between all elements of Auto Financing and how all work together to implement the best possible solution

• Experience in Estimation, prioritization, planning, coordinating testing activities and assisting the team in packaging functionality for optimized test execution aligned to overall project milestones.

• Work with release management to ensure products are thoroughly tested, published results, and rollback plans are captured

• Experience in leading multiple projects and cross-functional teams, and ability to coordinate across teams in a large organization.

• Must have working experience in Offshore/Onshore model

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
