Job Description:
Minimum Qualification
- BS in computer science or related technical field or equivalent professional experience
- 6+ years of professional experience as a software engineer
- Strong experience with C++
- Strong experience designing desktop components or applications.
- Strong experience with cross-platform development – at least two out of Windows, Mac, and Linux
- Strong familiarity with agile principles and experience on agile projects using a process like SCRUM
- Experience with continuous integration and continuous delivery
- Demonstrated ability to independently deliver results in a fast-paced and collaborative environment
- Leadership, communication skills, and ability to influence without authority
- Ability to cultivate consensus and alignment within and across teams
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Agile certification
- Experience on international teams
- Strong experience with scripting languages like Perl or Python
- Experience with packaging and install development using technologies like MSI and WiX
- Experience developing platform SDKs
- Experience with virtualization technologies
