1. SAP EWM Functional Consultant: [2 positions]

Location: Philly, PA

Duration: 6 months with possible extensions.

 

ï‚·  Inbound Processes (Goods Receipt, Inspection/Counting, Directed Put Away)

ï‚·  Internal Processes (Radio Frequency Transactions, Inventory/Cycle Count, Posting Changes - Blocked, Scrap, Batch Management, Serial Number Management)

ï‚·  Outbound Processes (Wave Management, Directed Picking, Work Assignment, Packing Area, Staging, Goods Issue)

ï‚·  Support in writing Business Process Design documents and Functional Specifications.

 

2. SAP EWM Functional Consultant

Location: North Carolina

Duration: 6 months with possible extensions.

ï‚·  Inbound Processes (Goods Receipt, Inspection/Counting, Directed Put Away)

3. SAP EWM Technical Consultant (2 Positions)

Location: Philly, PA

Duration: 6 months with possible extensions.

 

ï‚·  Description:

- PPF Development

- RF Development Activities

   -- Identify the underlying function modules from standard RF

   -- Make the Android application stateful by providing the needed guidance

   -- Picking transaction on RF

- ABAP Webdynpro development

- CIF custom jobs for processing master data

- Enhancement filters for all the warehouses

- Enhancement development for all the custom requirements

- Warehouse monitor changes

- Smartform development

- Code optimization

- Functional knowledge is a plus

 

4. SAP EWM Functional Consultant [2 positions]

Location: Dubuque,IA

Duration: 8 months with possible extensions

More than 10 years of experience in SAP ECC Logistics area with expertise in WM modules 

Experience in at least 2 end-to-end implementations of SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) on S4 HANA platform 

Expertise in various processes of EWM such Inbound cycle, Outbound cycle, Physical Inventory, Consolidation/Deconsolidation, Handling Unit,  Wave management and  Hands-on configuration experience in SCM-EWM as well ECC to setup integration  

Experience in implementing RF enablement of transactions on Handheld devices 

Must have knowledge of master and transaction data migration, cutover planning and execution Coordination with Stakeholders, Business / Data Owners, various Functional and Technical teams 

Ability to develop and design Functional specifications and work with development team 

Experience in Unit, Integration and User Acceptance testing with stakeholders as well as Third party providers. 

Responsible for the deliverables of the project phases starting from Initiation to Post-deployment Stabilization   

 

5. SAP EWM Functional Consultant

Location: Columbus, OH

Background: The client is a large organization that currently runs on SAP ECC 6.0. They are in the process of moving from SAP EWM 7.02 to SAP EWM 9.5 They are in need of SAP EWM Functional Lead to join their team to help implement new processes within cartonization.

Project: On a daily basis, the SAP EWM Functional lead will be working on requirements gathering, scheduling, coordinate activities, and doing the functional configuration specific to SAP EWM Cartonization. They will be working with a client’s project manager and a FT developer and FT technical lead.

They will be working on the following:

1   Determine shipping carton size requirement at delivery create

2   Deliveries requiring more than 1 carton will need identifier (HU#?)

1                       EWM will need to show this breakout for multi-carton deliveries

3   Corrugate is an inventoried item

1                       Corrugate inventory is decremented at PGI of the delivery

2                       Min/Max set for corrugate SKU’s

3                       Auto order, notification when min qty is hit

4                       Carton sizes, carton naming  and SKU assignment standard across network

4   Allow waving by carton size, SKU

5   Pick ticket printed on 4X6 label stock

6   Pick ticket to show current data plus:

1                       Carton # or new Carton Identifier (HU)

2                       Carton Dims

7   Cartons are built as required for the wave and placed on pick cart, pick ticket attached to flap

8   Picker is directed to bin location and prompted to scan UPC

9   Picker scans the UPC on the product then carton identifier for each unit required

1                       EX. 6 units required for the same UPC to the same carton identifier

1                                           User directed to bin location   Scan UPC   Scan carton ID

2                                           User directed back to same bin location   Scan UPC   Scan carton ID

3                                           User directed back to same bin location   Scan UPC   Scan carton ID

4                                           Repeat…..until all 6 units picked and scanned to carton ID

2                       Kits and bundles will require a UPC label, barcoded and readable

10             Remove the EWM pack process

1                       Currently done at the mid-station terminal

2                       System already knows what items/qty’s are going into each carton

11             Packer will scan carton identifier to get the proper label and packing slip (4x6).

12             Audit will take place at pack station and triggered when carton identifier is scanned

13             Configuration will allow site to set % audits per wave (1-100%):

1                       % Customer

2                       % User

3                       %  SKU

14             When packer scans the carton identifier and % is met packer will be prompted to scan all UPC’s

15             When last UPC is scanned hit enter

1                       If: correct shipping label and packing slip prints, continue to next delivery

2                       If: any error packer is prompted to remove carton to hospital, continue to next delivery

1                                           No labels or packing slip printed

1                                                               At hospital

1                                                                                   Scan carton identifier

2                                                                                   List all SKU’s, UPC’s and description of product

3                                                                                   Manually correct contents

4                                                                                   Scan all UPC’s

5                                                                                   If:  correct  print label and packing slip

6                                                                                   If: any error, repeat 1-4 above

They will be working on building in that process and working on the audit process of packing as well. It will be a very high-level SAP EWM functional consultant.

 

They must have worked on a native SAP EWM – Cartonization project not a third party.
